Experimental-Numerical Friction Factor Determination
2005The subject matter of this paper is to research the friction factor defining contact conditions in deformation treatment. A very frequently used method of determining friction factor is by means of experimentally determined curves obtained on the basis of ring deformation.

Two-Phase Parahydrogen Friction Factor
1964A method of Interpolation for Φ, the two-phase “friction factor” was developed by Martinelli and Nelson [1]. No considerable improvement over this technique has heretofore been developed and there is a need for better estimates of pressure drop for two-phase systems at pressures above 1 atm.
