Joint Weighted Dynamic Resources Optimisation in Green Open Radio Access Network
The paper presents an optimisation framework for the off‐grid green open radio access network architecture using renewable energy, aiming to optimise power and bandwidth allocation, ensure high data rates and improve service quality, considering factors like power consumption and maintenance cost. ABSTRACT The rapid growth of interconnected devices and

Resource Allocation in Cloud Radio Access Networks With Device-to-Device Communications
To alleviate the burdens on the fronthaul and reduce the transmit latency, the device-to-device (D2D) communication is presented in cloud radio access networks (C-RANs).

Benchmarking framework for PON-based fronthaul network design
As mobile networks transition toward 5G and 6G RAN architectures, passive optical networks (PONs) offer a critical solution for cost-effective fronthaul transport. However, the lack of standardized evaluation models in the current literature makes an objective comparison of diverse optimization strategies difficult.

Quantum teleportation in higher dimension and entanglement distribution via quantum switches
This paper presents a novel theoretical framework for transmitting classical information through entanglement distribution of qudits over two quantum channels in a superposition of causal orders. The authors introduce the first quantum switch operation for 2‐qudit systems and a theoretical model for qudit entanglement distribution via a quantum switch.
