Folate distribution in fruit juices
Journal of the American Dietetic Association, 1973Orange, grapefruit, and grape juices and lemonade were assayed with three microorganisms to determine their value as dietary sources of folate. The authors comment on data in food tables and the need for revision to include the pattern as well as the total amount of food folates.

Four commercially available brands of juices were analyzed for cadmium, lead, copper, zinc, aluminum, iron, chromium, manganese, and molybdenum.
