Vi har länge varit stolta över Sverige som välfärdssamhälle. Vi kan lyckligtvis fortfarande vara stolta. Men samtidigt är det tydligt att någonting håller på att hända, i små steg och nästan omärkligt, men klart skönjbart på längre sikt.
