Novel luminescent materials based on silica doped with an europium(III) complex of 2,6-dihydroxybenzoic acid: the crystal structure of [(nBu4N)2[Eu(2,6-Hdhb)(5)(H2O)(2)] [PDF]
Novel luminescent materials were prepared by introducing a new Eu3+ complex of 2,6-dihydroxybenzoic acid (2,6-H2dhb) into a silica gel made by the sol–gel method.

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) with metals have been recognized as versatile platforms for photocatalytic CO2 reduction (CO2PRR). Herein, an overview of metal integration strategies for COFs is systematically summarized. Regulatory mechanisms and structure–activity relationships between metal integration and COF‐based CO2PRR are emphasized.

Molecular Spectroscopy as an alternative for dating Textiles
Ancient linen textiles undergo with time a slow change reflected in their Infrared and Raman spectra. The recording of FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra, that reveals a disappearance of some bands and appearance of other ones during the centuries, enables a ...

Quantitative spectroscopic analysis of heterogeneous mixtures: the correction of multiplicative effects caused by variations in physical properties of samples [PDF]
Spectral measurements of complex heterogeneous types of mixture samples are often affected by significant multiplicative effects resulting from light scattering, due to physical variations (e.g. particle size and shape, sample packing and sample surface,

Spectroscopic and structural studies of di-ureasils doped with lithium perchlorate [PDF]
Di-urea cross-linked POE/siloxane hybrid ormolytes (di-ureasils) doped with a wide concentration range of lithium perchlorate trihydrate (LiClO4·3H2O) (200 ≥ n ≥ 0.5, where n expresses the salt content in terms of the number of ether oxygen atoms per Li+

2D Magnetic and Topological Quantum Materials and Devices for Ultralow Power Spintronics
2D magnets and topological quantum materials enable ultralow‐power spintronics by combining robust magnetic order with symmetry‐protected, Berry‐curvature‐driven transport. Fundamentals of 2D anisotropy and spin‐orbit‐coupling induced band inversion are linked to scalable growth and vdW stacking.

A Complexation‐Mediated Diffusion‐Limited Growth (CMDLG) framework is established to rationalize the anisotropic growth of lead‐free perovskites. Integrating coordination chemistry with mass transport kinetics, this study theoretically derives and experimentally validates that stable iodocuprate complexes induce a diffusion‐limited regime.
