A Kinetic Study on Combustible Coastal Debris Pyrolysis via Thermogravimetric Analysis
Coastal debris has recently emerged as a serious environmental pollution problem. Coastal debris can be treated using pyrolysis because it consists mainly of combustible materials like plastics (e.g., polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), nylon) and ...

Single‐cell longitudinal profiling reveals that androgen‐deprivation therapy induces a DPT+ fibroblast‐complement axis that suppresses macrophage inflammation and drives CD8+ T cell exhaustion in prostate cancer. Concurrently, resistant epithelial subpopulations persist and engage TSPAN1‐ and NRXN1‐mediated programs promoting CRPC and neuroendocrine ...

TOLLIP Inhibits Psoriasis Progression via Suppressing PKM2‐Mediated Glycolysis in Keratinocytes
In this study, we identify TOLLIP as a critical regulator of psoriasis pathogenesis through its modulation of glycolytic metabolism. Our findings establish the TOLLIP‐PKM2‐glycolysis axis as a key mechanism linking metabolic reprogramming to psoriasis pathogenesis, and propose TOLLIP as a promising therapeutic target.

Debris filtering efficiency assessment of the fuel assembly bottom nozzle
The debris-induced fretting wear is a key factor to cause the fuel failure in pressurized water reactor (PWR). Assessing the debris filtering efficiency of bottom nozzle is an important way to analyze the reliability of fuel assembly.

DEBRIS-FRETTING TEST OF COATED AND UNCOATED ZR-1%NB CLADDING
Debris fretting is one of the most significant fuel rod failure causes. An approach to mitigate this is to apply special coatings on the surface of the cladding that are supposed to increase the wear resistance.

Light wavelength encodes distinct macrophage fates through mitochondrial and metabolic remodeling. Red 625 nm irradiation induces glycolysis, mitochondrial fission, and M1 polarization, whereas near‐infrared 850 nm irradiation promotes fatty acid oxidation, mitochondrial fusion, and M2 polarization.

Application of Sulfide Process to Fuel Debris Treatment
AbstractIn nuclear reactor accident at Fukushima NPP, the reactor core was damaged by the severe conditions such as very high temperature and sea water injection, forming a huge amount of nuclear fuel waste so called debris fuel. Since UO2 fuel pellets are packed in the zircaloy cladding and the fuel assemblies were charged in the reactor core, the ...
