Full-scale data augmentation mining of electric power new energy engineering based on multi-level grid of spatial information

open access: yesDianxin kexue
The current data of electric power new energy engineering presents complex characteristics of multi-source heterogeneity, spatiotemporal coupling, and spatial non-stationarity, which make the boundaries of the full-scale data mining area fuzzy and lead ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Dominant partition method [PDF]

open access: yes
By use of the L'Huillier, Redish, and Tandy (LRT) wave function formalism, a partially connected method, the dominant partition method (DPM) is developed for obtaining few body reductions of the many body problem in the LRT and Bencze, Redish, and Sloan (

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

The complete trans-series for conserved charges in the Lieb-Liniger model

open access: yesSciPost Physics
We determine the complete trans-series solution for the (non-relativistic) moments of the rapidity density in the Lieb-Liniger model. The trans-series is written explicitly in terms of a perturbative basis, which can be obtained from the already known ...

Steel fiber distribution and orientation in full-scale walls cast from FRC with various consistencies and casting procedures: evaluation by the inductive method

open access: yesMaterials and Structures
Abstract Steel fiber reinforced self compacting concrete has high potential application in structural elements. The distribution and orientation of fibers in fiber reinforced self compacting concrete play a key role in defining the mechanical and durability behavior.

Estimation and Inference with Weak, Semi-strong, and Strong Identification [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper analyzes the properties of standard estimators, tests, and confidence sets (CS's) for parameters that are unidentified or weakly identified in some parts of the parameter space.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

AAA+ protein unfoldases—the Moirai of the proteome

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
AAA+ unfoldases are essential molecular motors that power protein degradation and disaggregation. This review integrates recent cryo‐electron microscopy (cryo‐EM) structures and single‐molecule biophysical data to reconcile competing models of substrate translocation.
