Spectral equations for the modular oscillator
Motivated by applications for non-perturbative topological strings in toric Calabi--Yau manifolds, we discuss the spectral problem for a pair of commuting modular conjugate (in the sense of Faddeev) Harper type operators, corresponding to a special case ...

Variational problem of adaptive optimal control. Theoretical and applied computer analysis
The problem of adaptive optimal control of a dynamical system, which belongs to the class of conditional variational problems with moving boundaries, is considered. A variational and computer study of the controlled adaptive motion of a material point is

Stability of self-consistent solutions for the Hubbard model at intermediate and strong coupling
We present a general framework how to investigate stability of solutions within a single self-consistent renormalization scheme being a parquet-type extension of the Baym-Kadanoff construction of conserving approximations.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Cross-Coupled Charge Pump Synthesis Based on Full Transistor-Level
This paper presents utility for the design of the cross-coupled charge pump, which is used for supplying peripherals with low current consumption on the chip, as the EEPROM or FLASH memories.

Variational principle for theories with dissipation from analytic continuation
The analytic continuation from the Euclidean domain to real space of the one-particle irreducible quantum effective action is discussed in the context of generalized local equilibrium states.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Linked Cluster Expansion Around Mean-Field Theories of Interacting Electrons
A general expansion scheme based on the concept of linked cluster expansion from the theory of classical spin systems is constructed for models of interacting electrons.

This study reveals a unique active site enriched in methionine residues and demonstrates that these residues play a critical role by stabilizing carbocation intermediates through novel sulfur–cation interactions. Structure‐guided mutagenesis further revealed variants with significantly altered product profiles, enhancing pseudopterosin formation. These
