Matched spatial transcriptomics and single‐nuclei RNA‐seq were generated for anaplastic and BRAFV600E papillary thyroid cancers revealing generic and tumor‐specific states occurring in cancer cells and in the tumor microenvironment. In this context, cancer dedifferentiation mirrored organoid maturation through ordered thyroid marker gain/loss ...

On an integral equation with a bessel function kernel
The author obtains the solution of the integral equation \(g(x)=\int^{\infty}_{0}J^ 2_ x(y)f(y)dy,\) where g(x) is a known function, \(J_ x(y)\) is the Bessel function of order x and f(y) is the unknown function. The solution obtained is: \[ f(y)=y\int^{\infty}_{0}\tau J_ 0(y\tau)\{\int^{\infty}_{0}G(x)\cos xt dx\}d\tau,\quad y\geq 0, \] where \(\tau ...

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Numerical solution of the Haïssinski equation for the equilibrium state of a stored electron beam
The longitudinal charge density of an electron beam in its equilibrium state is given by the solution of the Haïssinski equation, which provides a stationary solution of the Vlasov-Fokker-Planck equation.

Circulating microRNAs as biomarkers of cachexia and sex‐specific cancer in senior dogs. In 25 client‐owned dogs, four circulating miRNAs (miR‐15a, miR‐15b, miR‐16, miR‐140) were downregulated in cachexia, with miR‐16 the strongest individual biomarker (AUC = 0.899).

Some Best Proximity Theorems for Generalized Proximal $\mathcal{Z}$-Contraction Maps in $b$-Metric Spaces with Applications [PDF]
The simulation function and the notion of $\mathcal{Z}$-contraction concerning $\zeta$ which generalizes the Banach contraction principle and unifies several known types of contractions involving the combination of $d(fx, fy)$ and $d(x, y)$.

Detecting circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in blood before surgery may help predict outcomes in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Here, we show when combined with tumor size and lymph node involvement from routine imaging, CTC status identifies high‐risk patients with poorer survival—offering a simple, minimally invasive tool ...

Solvability of a nonlocal problem for a hyperbolic equation with integral conditions
We study a nonlocal problem with integral conditions for a hyperbolic equation two independent variables. By introducing additional functional parameters, we investigated the solvability and construction of approximate solutions.

In this paper, we provide some generalizations of the Darbo’s fixed point theorem associated with the measure of noncompactness and present some results on the existence of the coupled fixed point theorems for a special class of operators in a Banach ...
