EHR requirements [PDF]

open access: yes, 2003
Published requirements for the EHR are principally available via ISO 18308. They are statements defining the generic features necessary in any Electronic Health Record for it to be communicable and complete, retain integrity across systems, countries and

The planar cell polarity protein Vangl2 interacts with the PDZ‐domains of Scribble but not with a unique PDZ‐like domain in Inturned

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Structural and biochemical characterisations show that the planar cell polarity (PCP) protein Inturned harbours a unique PDZ‐like domain that does not bind canonical PDZ‐binding motifs (PBMs) like that of another PCP protein Vangl2. In contrast, the apical‐basal polarity protein Scribble contains four PDZ domains that bind Vangl2, but one PDZ domain ...

Requirement Engineering for Non-Functional Requirements

open access: yes, 2015
Both functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs) must be considered when developing software products. Requirements engineering (RE) is the early phase of software development activity in which the system requirements are developed and managed.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

An Intelligent Model to Predict Functional and Non-Functional Requirements From Software Requirements Specification

open access: yesIEEE Access
Automated classification of Functional Requirements (FRs) and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) is a fundamental task in requirements engineering, yet it remains challenging due to the short length, domain specificity, and severe class imbalance of ...

Tradeoff Analysis for Conflicting Software Non-Functional Requirements

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
The need for particular software non-functional requirements (NFRs) leads a project team to use specific design strategies to fulfill these NFRs. However, some of the strategies may cause deficiencies in other software NFRs.
