Toward Knowledge‐Guided AI for Inverse Design in Manufacturing: A Perspective on Domain, Physics, and Human–AI Synergy

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
This perspective highlights how knowledge‐guided artificial intelligence can address key challenges in manufacturing inverse design, including high‐dimensional search spaces, limited data, and process constraints. It focused on three complementary pillars—expert‐guided problem definition, physics‐informed machine learning, and large language model ...

RAMS: Residual‐Based Adversarial‐Gradient Moving Sample Method for Scientific Machine Learning in Solving Partial Differential Equations

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
We propose a residual‐based adversarial‐gradient moving sample (RAMS) method for scientific machine learning that treats samples as trainable variables and updates them to maximize the physics residual, thereby effectively concentrating samples in inadequately learned regions.

Unveiling Approximate Analytical Solutions for Fractional-Order Partial Differential Equations in Physical Processes

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics
This paper aims to tackle the challenge of deriving accurate analytical solutions for three classes of fractional-order partial differential equations (PDEs)—the Sharma–Tasso–Olver (STO), cubic nonlinear Schrödinger (Sch), and Fokker–Planck (FP ...

Effects of soret and dufour on unsteady MHD free-convective transport of micropolar fluid past a porous plate with heat generation

open access: yesInternational Journal of Thermofluids
The effects of heat generation on an unsteady MHD free-convective heat and mass transport micropolar fluid flow along a vertical perforated sheet have been investigated, with the Soret and Dufour effects included in this analysis.

Toward Intelligent Multimodal Holography for Real‐Time Chemical Imaging of Dynamic Ion Separation

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
Intelligent multimodal holography integrates digital off‐axis holography, spectroscopic imaging, and AI‐driven reconstruction to visualize ion transport and chemical dynamics in real time. In this perspective paper, we outline how this approach enables label‐free, chemically specific monitoring of complex environments and discuss its potential to ...

Very Singular Similarity Solutions and Hermitian Spectral Theory for Semilinear Odd-Order PDEs [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Very singular self-similar solutions of semilinear odd-order PDEs are studied on the basis of a Hermitian-type spectral theory for linear rescaled odd-order operators.Comment: 49 pages, 12 ...

Cosmological Attractors and Anisotropies in Two Measure Theories, Effective EYMH systems, and Off--Diagonal Inflation Models

open access: yes, 2017
Applying the anholonomic frame deformation method, we construct various classes of cosmological solutions for effective Einstein -- Yang-Mills -- Higgs, and two measure theories.

AI‐BioMech: Deep Learning Prediction of Mechanical Behavior in Aperiodic Biological Cellular Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
AI‐BioMech is a deep learning framework that predicts the mechanical behavior of biological cellular materials directly from 2D images. By replacing traditional finite element analysis with semantic segmentation, it identifies stress and strain distributions with 99% accuracy, offering a high‐speed, scalable alternative for analyzing complex, aperiodic

Singularites in the Bousseneq equation and in the generalized KdV equation

open access: yes, 2001
In this paper, two kinds of the exact singular solutions are obtained by the improved homogeneous balance (HB) method and a nonlinear transformation. The two exact solutions show that special singular wave patterns exists in the classical model of some ...
