Statistics is the science of data based decision-making, in almost every field of life. The classical statistics require large datasets for the optimal inference about the parameters and testing. On the other hand, to obtain a suitable inference based on

FUZZY LATTICES AS FUZZY RELATIONS
Summary: We define a fuzzy lattice as a fuzzy relation, develop some basic properties of the fuzzy lattice, show that the operations of join and meet in fuzzy lattices are isotone and associative, characterize a fuzzy lattice by its level set, and show that the direct product of two fuzzy lattices is a fuzzy lattice.

Human neutrophils exist as two epigenetically imprinted subtypes defined by stable CD177 expression or absence — a ratio that persists across time, circadian rhythms, and inflammation. CD177− neutrophils display a distinct molecular landscape enriched in arginase 1 and lipid metabolism markers, accumulate in head‐and‐neck tumors, and associate with ...

Fuzzy Optimisation of Structural Performance
Structural performance has become a fundamental concept in advanced engineering design in construction. Basic criteria concerning the action effects and imposed performance requirements are analysed assuming two types of uncertainties: randomness and ...

The Interpretation of Fuzziness
Without a clear interpretation of fuzziness, it is hard for fuzzy logic to justify its rules, to get initial data from users, or to make its results understandable.

On the measure of fuzziness and negation. II. Lattices
We propose that the measure of fuzziness of a concept is related to the distinction between the concept and its negation. In this paper we are concerned with the situation in which our objects lie in a lattice.

Illuminating the Intracellular World: Breakthroughs in Nanoscale Optoelectronics
This perspective explores optoelectronic biointerfaces spanning macroscale flexible devices to nanoscale intracellular systems, emphasizing their integration across dimensions. It examines capacitive, Faradaic, and photothermal mechanisms that enable light‐driven control of cellular activity and highlights key material and design challenges in ...

In this note we give an example of a gradationof openness (a fuzzy topology in Shostak’s sense) and deduce from it a pseudo-measure of ...

Accuracy is one of the biggest features of news reports, but in fact, we often note that news reports will use a lot of fuzziness, which plays an important role in these news reports.

Degradation Pathways of Silicon‐Based Anodes in Lithium‐Ion Batteries
Silicon‐based anodes undergo degradation through five primary pathways: (1) mechanical and structural deterioration of the active material, (2) loss of electrode integrity and electrical contact, (3) mechanical instability of the solid electrolyte interphase (SEI), characterized by repetitive fracture and deformation, (4) chemical instability of the ...
