AI‐Physics‐Experiment Trinity for Integrated Protein Dynamics Modeling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review unites experiments, physics‐based simulations, and AI as a synergistic triad for protein dynamics modeling. It highlights integrative strategies, resolves sampling and forcefield bottlenecks, and outlines challenges and future directions for accurate, interpretable conformational ensemble prediction.

Fuzziness and Roughness in Hyperquantales

open access: yesInternational Journal of Analysis and Applications, 2020
Theories of fuzzy set and rough set are powerful mathematical tools for modelling various types of uncertainty. In this paper, we introduce the notions of bi-hyperideal, fuzzy bi-hyperideals of hyperquantales and their related properties is given ...

TDP‐43 Aggregation: The Healthy‐Toxic Balance of the Prion‐Like Domain

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
TDP‐43 function relies on a delicate balance between reversible phase‐separated states and irreversible aggregation. Under physiological conditions, TDP‐43 forms dynamic droplets and oligomers that support normal cellular functions. In pathological contexts, this balance shifts toward aberrant aggregation, leading to toxic species.

ANALYSIS OF FUZZY QUEUES: PARAMETRIC PROGRAMMING APPROACH BASED ON RANDOMNESS - FUZZINESS CONSISTENCY PRINCIPLE [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Process Management and New Technologies, 2015
In this article, based on Zadeh’s extension principle we have apply the parametric programming approach to construct the membership functions of the performance measures when the interarrival time and the service time are fuzzy numbers based on the ...

Intraclass and interclass ambiguities (fuzziness) in feature evaluation

open access: yes, 1984
The terms Index of fuzziness, Entropy and π-ness which give measures of fuzziness (ambiguity) in a set are used here to define an Index of Feature Evaluation in pattern recognition problems in terms of intraclass and interclass ambiguity.

A Single‐Cell Transcriptomic Atlas of the Ovine Rumen Microbiome Characterizes Lineage‐Specific Metabolic Shifts Associated with Host Heat Tolerance

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An optimized single‐cell transcriptomic framework profiles over 60 000 cells to map the ovine rumen microbiome, partitioning the ecosystem into seven cross‐species functional clusters. In heat‐resistant hosts, a lineage‐specific metabolic shift in Anaerovibrio lipolyticus toward a highly glycolytic phenotype contributes to a “nutritional sparing ...

Measures of fuzziness based on t-norms.

open access: yes, 1982
We use the concept of t-norms and conorms to develop a pseudo metric and we then use this pseudo metric to define a class of measures of fuzziness associated with a fuzzy set.

Evaluating the degree of fuzziness of thematic maps with a generalized entropy function: A methodological outlook

open access: yes, 2002
In the remote sensing literature, a number of fuzziness indices have been proposed for quantifying the uncertainty in categorical labelling of thematic map locations. However, despite its vast potential applicability, none seems to be generally preferred.

Biomimetic Macrophage Cell Membrane‐Based Nanoparticles for Effective Treatment of Glioblastoma Through Boron Neutron Capture Therapy Combined With Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) remains largely incurable due to the blood‐brain barrier (BBB) and immunosuppressive microenvironment. While boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) selectively eradicates tumor cells via 10B(n, α)‐7Li reactions, its clinical potential in GBM is unrealized because of the suboptimal pharmacokinetics of conventional ...
