Fuzzy generator and fuzzy cogenerator

International Journal of Knowledge-based and Intelligent Engineering Systems, 2023
In this article, we introduce the fuzzy generator and fuzzy cogenerator and investigate some of their properties. Necessary and sufficient conditions for a fuzzy module to become a fuzzy generator and sufficient conditions for a fuzzy module to become a fuzzy cogenerator have also been established.

Fuzzy preorder and fuzzy topology

Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 2006
The paper deals mainly with fuzzy preorder; to be more specific, the categorical aspects of the interrelationship between fuzzy preorder, topological spaces, and fuzzy topological spaces is investigated. The authors delineate basic properties of continuous t-norms and concrete adjoint functors at the beginning; with a brief review on the connection ...

Fuzzy ontologies and fuzzy integrals

2011 11th International Conference on Intelligent Systems Design and Applications, 2011
Fuzzy ontologies extend classical ontologies to allow the representation of imprecise and vague knowledge. Although a relatively important amount of work has been carried out in the last years and they have been successfully used in several applications, several notions from fuzzy logic, such as fuzzy integrals, have not been considered yet in fuzzy ...

Fuzzy Judgments and Fuzzy Sets

International Journal of Strategic Decision Sciences, 2010
Using fuzzy set theory has become attractive to many people. However, the many references cited here and in other works, little thought is given to why numbers should be made fuzzy before plunging into the necessary simulations to crank out numbers without giving reason or proof that it works to one’s advantage.

Fuzzy domination in fuzzy graphs

Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, 2023
 Let G = (V, μ, σ) be a fuzzy graph on a finite set V. A fuzzy subset μ′ of μ is called a fuzzy dominating set of G if, μ ′ ( v ) + ∑ x ∈ V ( σ ( x , v ) ∧ μ ′ ( x ) ) ≥ μ ( v ) for every v ∈ V . Fuzzy domination number γfz is defined accordingly. In this paper we initiate a study of this parameter.

Fuzzy Ontology, Fuzzy Description Logics and Fuzzy-OWL

2007
The conceptual formalism supported by an ontology is not sufficient for handling vague information that is commonly found in many application domains. We describe how to introduce fuzziness in an ontology. To this aim we define a framework consisting of a fuzzy ontology based on Fuzzy Description Logic and Fuzzy---Owl.

Fuzzy probability and fuzzy events [PDF]

open access: possiblePROBLEMS IN PROGRAMMING, 2016
The article deals with different approaches to calculating the probability of fuzzy event. We consider The problems in fuzzy formulation, which are solving with help of the proposed approaches to the calculation of fuzzy probability are considered.
