Fuzzy hypergraph and fuzzy partition
IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, 1995In this paper, the concept of hypergraph is extended to the fuzzy hypergraph. In the fuzzy hypergraph, the concepts of /spl alpha/-cut hypergraph, strength of edge and dual fuzzy hypergraph are developed. It is shown that the fuzzy hypergraph and /spl alpha/-cut hypergraph are useful to represent a fuzzy partition.

Fuzzy ordering of fuzzy numbers
2004 IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems (IEEE Cat. No.04CH37542), 2005Fuzzy numbers cannot be easily ordered as ordinary real numbers. Several proposals have addressed this problem, each with some drawbacks and limitations. This paper renounces to the idea of finding a universal ordering method for fuzzy numbers and suggests to compute the degree by which an arbitrary permutation of fuzzy numbers is ordered.

Fuzzy automata with fuzzy relief
IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, 1995This paper shows a definition of a fuzzy automaton, which has the state, input, and output sets as fuzzy sets. The state transition function is defined as moving on a fuzzy relief with fuzzy peak-states and boundaries between different membership functions. After the definition of fuzzy automaton with fuzzy relief, the paper deals with a generalization,

Fuzzy relations and fuzzy groups
Information Sciences, 1985The main result: Given a group \(G\) and a fuzzy set \(A\) on \(G\), \(A\) is a fuzzy group on \(G\) iff \(A\times A\) is a fuzzy group on \(G\times G\). A more general product of fuzzy groups was considered by \textit{H. Sherwood} [Fuzzy Sets Syst. 11, 79--89 (1983; Zbl 0529.20021)].

Fuzzy IRR with Fuzzy WACC and Fuzzy MARR
2012In this paper, several uncertainties are considered for investment acceptability decision by IRR method. First, some parameters in weighted average cost of capital (WACC) equation are assumed to be fuzzy numbers, a fuzzy WACC is obtained, and defuzzified by t-norm and t-conorm fuzzy relations.

Fuzziness indices for fuzzy clustering
The 12th IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems, 2003. FUZZ '03., 2004Some indices of fuzziness are introduced for providing helpful information in fuzzy clustering. These indices play an auxiliary role in fuzzy clustering and can be used for deciding the number of clusters by combining with another criterion. Numerical examples are given for demonstrating how these indices can be applied.

FUZZY SENSORS FOR FUZZY CONTROL
International Journal of Uncertainty, Fuzziness and Knowledge-Based Systems, 1994This paper introduces sensors employing a fuzzy numeric to symbolic interface. The fundamental design considerations for this kind of fuzzy symbolic sensor, or fuzzy sensor, are formally presented. Then, the use of these components for fuzzy control is discussed and illustrated.

Fuzzy coloring for fuzzy graphs
10th IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems. (Cat. No.01CH37297), 2002In this paper the questions of coloring of fuzzy graphs are observed. Definitions of separation degree and fuzzy chromatic set of fuzzy graphs are presented. A method for finding fuzzy chromatic set is suggested and substantiated.
