Inner Product Space Based on Fuzzy Neighborhoods for Text Data Analysis
Journal of Japan Society for Fuzzy Theory and Intelligent Informatics, 2009 ファジィ近傍モデルはテキストデータ解析のための手法である．既存手法であるベクトル空間法は，用語の出現頻度によってベクトル空間を生成するためのテキストの構造を反映していないと考えられるが，ファジィ近傍モデルはテキストのシーケンス構造を表現でき，さらにベクトル空間法やファジィ同値関係によるモデルの一般化となっている．この手法の利点は，ファジィ近傍に基づく正定値カーネルを生成できることである．これによりカーネルc-平均法やカーネル主成分分析など既存のテキスト分析手法を適用できる．この手法を用いて，新聞記事と医療因子インシデントレポートの２つの実データを解析した結果を示す．
