Perturbation Bounds of LR Fuzzy Linear Systems

open access: yesFuzzy Information and Engineering
This paper proposes a new method to discuss the perturbation problem of the LR fuzzy linear systems by an embedding method. By solving the perturbation equation of the original fuzzy linear systems, the respective relative error bounds are analyzed and ...

Stem Cell Differentiation Disperses Transcriptional Clusters via a Conserved Surface‐Condensate Trajectory

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Stem cell differentiation follows a conserved surface condensate trajectory: H3K27ac super enhancers nucleate large RNA polymerase II clusters that grow and unfold before transcriptional activity disperses them. This work reveals how biophysical forces at enhancer surfaces dynamically build and dismantle stem cell transcription hubs, reshaping cell ...

Atomic‐Level CuOx‐CoOx‐Pd Interfacial Engineering Enables Hierarchical Synergy for High‐Efficiency ORR Pathways and Boosted Power Output in Alkaline Fuel Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Atomically dispersed CuOx (CPCu‐1) forms isolated Cu–Ov sites that enable defect‐mediated O2 activation and fast electron/proton transfer via interfacial synergy. In contrast, thick CuOx clusters (CPCu‐10) promote a surface‐adsorption‐controlled pathway with intermediate accumulation, highlighting a mechanism switch from interfacial activation to ...

Fuzzy Pre-classification of Design Scheme Case Based on Grey Relevancy Method

open access: yes工程科学与技术, 2008
:Similar case retrieving is one of key technologies in based case reasoning system. In order to improve the retrieving efficiency, a method of transferring closed-package-based fuzzy pre-classification for design scheme was proposed.

In Situ Confinement of 0D Halometallates Within Deep Eutectic Solvents: From Systematic Screening to Metal‐Tunable Luminescence for Anti‐Counterfeiting Eutectogels

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We report photostable, photoluminescent deep eutectic solvents (DESs) powered by in situ‐formed zero‐dimensional (0D) halometallates. Stabilized by microenvironment‐controlling hydrogen bond acceptor (HBA) and donor (HBD) networks, these DESs exhibit vibrant, metal ion‐tunable emission (PLQY = 60.2%).

Identification of a Nonribosomal Peptide Analog With Activity Against Multiple Gram‐Positive Bacteria via a Synthetic Bioinformatic Natural Product Discovery Approach

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The genome of Rhodococcus erythropolis D‐1 was analyzed by bioinformatic tools to mine a novel nonribosomal peptide synthetase (NRPS) gene cluster. A nonribosomal peptide analog ZURJC5 associated with the NRPS was chemically synthesized. Through structure‐activity relationship studies, ZURJC28 was ultimately obtained and showed antibacterial activity ...

A Single‐Cell Transcriptomic Atlas of the Ovine Rumen Microbiome Characterizes Lineage‐Specific Metabolic Shifts Associated with Host Heat Tolerance

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An optimized single‐cell transcriptomic framework profiles over 60 000 cells to map the ovine rumen microbiome, partitioning the ecosystem into seven cross‐species functional clusters. In heat‐resistant hosts, a lineage‐specific metabolic shift in Anaerovibrio lipolyticus toward a highly glycolytic phenotype contributes to a “nutritional sparing ...

Optical Windows for Transcranial Brain Imaging in Living Mice: Skull Thinning, Clearing, and Beyond

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Longitudinal, noninvasive in vivo imaging is crucial for studying brain physiology. Advances in transcranial optical windows and multiphoton microscopy have improved imaging depth, but their performance often deteriorates over time. This work investigated various transcranial window approaches and found that skull regrowth limits image quality.

On the asymptotic period of powers of a fuzzy matrix

open access: yesComputers & Mathematics with Applications, 2007
The sup-inf power sequence for matrices over distributive lattices can be convergent or periodic (what was summarized by \textit{K. Cechlárová} [Fuzzy Sets Syst. 138, No. 3, 627--641 (2003; Zbl 1075.05537)]). If we consider max-\(T\) powers of matrices \(A \in [0,1]^{n\times n}\) with a triangular norm \(T \neq \min\), then we can obtain an additional ...
