Ethical Precision in Nanoscale Brain Interfacing
As brain interfaces approach the nanoscale, precision no longer only measures—it knows, predicts, and potentially reshapes the mind. This work argues that traditional ethics fails under such conditions and proposes a shift toward continuous, operation‐based governance using the recovery–discovery framework to track, constrain, and responsibly steer ...

PENDEKATAN ALGORITMA GENETIKA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN PERMASALAHAN FUZZY LINEAR PROGRAMMING
Fuzzy linear programming is one of the linear programming developments which able to accommodate uncertainty in the real world. Genetic algorithm approach in solving linear programming problems with fuzzy constraints has been introduced by Lin (2008) by ...

This study presents an anatomical landmark‐guided DRL framework for autonomous wireless capsule endoscopy navigation. Using a lightweight edge‐contour‐depth fusion module, it achieves over 97% coverage across diverse gastric anatomies. To ensure reliability, a two‐stage sim‐to‐real pipeline with an adaptive dynamic programming controller mitigates ...

Fuzzy Systems Based on Regular Vague Partitions and Their Approximation Properties [PDF]
This paper is devoted to investigating the approximation problem of fuzzy systems based on different fuzzy basis functions.Firstly, the multi-dimensional regular vague partitions are established based on one-dimensional regular vague partitions and ...

Spaces with fuzzy partitions and fuzzy sets
A theory of fuzzy objects is derived in the category $SpaceFP$ of spaces with fuzzy partitions, which generalize classical fuzzy sets and extensional maps in sets with similarity relations. It is proved that fuzzy objects in $SpaceFP$ can be characterized by some morphisms in the category of sets with similarity relations.

Ultra‐Wide‐Field Noninvasive Imaging Through Scattering Media Via Physics‐Guided Deep Learning
We propose a physics‐guided adaptive dual‐domain learning method for ultra‐wide‐field noninvasive imaging through scattering media, namely UNI‐Net. Our method not only reduces the requirement for real experimental data by an order of magnitude but also enables clear imaging of complex scenes with an ultra‐large field of view, which is 164 times the OME

Decoding Spatial Heterogeneity and Multi‐Omics Regulation with Hierarchical Graph Learning
ABSTRACT Recent advances in spatial multi‐omics technologies have enabled the simultaneous profiling of multiple molecular layers within the same tissue slice, providing unprecedented opportunities to investigate tissue spatial organization. However, most existing computational methods identify spatial domains in a purely data‐driven manner, rarely ...

Why Use a Fuzzy Partition in F-Transform?
In many application problems, F-transform algorithms are very efficient. In F-transform techniques, we replace the original signal or image with a finite number of weighted averages.
