On the spectra of reduced distance matrix of dendrimers [PDF]
Let G be a simple connected graph and {v_1,v_2,... , v_k} be the set of pendent (vertices of degree one) vertices of G. The reduced distance matrix of G is an square matrix whose (i,j)-entry is the topological distance between v_i and v_j of G.

Construction of L-equienergetic graphs using some graph operations
For a graph G with n vertices and m edges, the eigenvalues of its adjacency matrix A(G) are known as eigenvalues of G. The sum of absolute values of eigenvalues of G is called the energy of G.

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

QUASI-PERMUTATION REPRESENTATIONS OF SUZtTKI GROUP [PDF]
By a quasi-permutation matrix we mean a square matrix over the complex field C with non-negative integral trace. Thus every permutation matrix over C is a quasipermutation matrix.

Particle-Rotor Model Description of Doubly Odd Ta Isotopes
The doubly odd Ta isotopes are studied within the framework of the particle-rotor model. The main aim of this study is to obtain information on the neutron-proton interaction in deformed nuclei, with particular attention focused on the role of the tensor

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Signless Laplacian determinations of some graphs with independent edges
Let $G$ be a simple undirected graph. Then the signless Laplacian matrix of $G$ is defined as $D_G + A_G$ in which $D_G$ and $A_G$ denote the degree matrix and the adjacency matrix of $G$, respectively.

Choice of intermediate-state spectrum for the nuclear G-matrix
Abstract Qualitative physical arguments are presented in support of a two-step calculation of the G -matrix for finite nuclei. In the first step the high-energy excitations are included using orthogonalized plane-wave intermediate states, and in the second step the low-energy excitations are added in, using harmonic-oscillator intermediate states ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...
