The ESRg matrix for strong field d5 systems

open access: yesQuímica Nova, 1998
This review has tried to collect and correlate all the various equations for the g matrix of strong field d5 systems obtained from different basis sets using full electron and hole formalism calculations. It has corrected mistakes found in the literature

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Brueckner-Hartree-Fock and its renormalized calculations for finite nuclei

open access: yes, 2016
We have performed self-consistent Brueckner-Hartree-Fock (BHF) and its renormalized theory to the structure calculations of finite nuclei. The $G$-matrix is calculated within the BHF basis, and the exact Pauli exclusion operator is determined by the BHF ...

EDNRB‐dependent endothelin signaling reduces proliferation and promotes proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition in gliomas

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

On Minimum Algebraic Connectivity of Tricyclic Graphs [PDF]

open access: yesMathematics Interdisciplinary Research
‎Consider a simple‎, ‎undirected graph $ G=(V,E)$‎, ‎where $A$ represents the adjacency matrix and $Q$ represents the Laplacian matrix of $G$‎. ‎The second smallest eigenvalue of Laplacian matrix of $G$ is called the algebraic connectivity of $G$‎.

Collective Excitations and Ground State Correlations

open access: yes, 1994
A generalized RPA formalism is presented which treats pp and ph correlations on an equal footing. The effect of these correlations on the single-particle Green function is discussed and it is demonstrated that a self-consistent treatment of the single ...

Engineered extracellular vesicles enriched with the miR‐214/199a cluster enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy in ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Aα-Spectral Characterizations of Some Joins

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, 2020
Let G be a graph with n vertices. For every real α∈0,1, write AαG for the matrix AαG=αDG+1−αAG, where AG and DG denote the adjacency matrix and the degree matrix of G, respectively.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

QUASI-PERMUTATION REPRESENTATIONS OF METACYCLIC 2-GROUPS [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Sciences, Islamic Republic of Iran, 1998
By a quasi-permutation matrix we mean a square matrix over the complex field C with non-negative integral trace. Thus, every permutation matrix over C is a quasipermutation matrix.
