Our computational investigations suggest that all NNG15-Rea and G15G15P-Rea molecules can be energetically feasible to undergo 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions with cyclic alkynes, except for only the NNN-Rea 1,3-dipole molecule.

G15, a GPR30 antagonist, induces apoptosis and autophagy in human oral squamous carcinoma cells
Chemico-Biological Interactions, 2013As GPR30 has been implicated in mediating cancer cell proliferation, this study aimed to examine the antitumor effect of the GPR30 antagonist G15 in human oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). G15 induced dose-dependent cytotoxicity, apoptosis and G2/M cell cycle arrest in a panel of OSCC cells.

The ACE Test Assembly, the Pilot ACE, the Big ACE, and the Bendix G15
2005Abstract This chapter begins with a brief discussion of the ENIAC and the EDVAC projects in the US. The author then describes his work at the National Physical Laboratory. Topics covered include the ACE Test Assembly, the 12-bit ACE, the Big ACE, the SWAC (National Bureau of Standards Western Automatic Computer), and the Bendix G15 ...

G15 Neomates – a parents’ peer support group with a difference
Quality Improvement: Delivering Better Patient Outcomes and Experience, 2017Imagine the excitement of having a newborn baby……Now imagine the fear and anxiety of having that baby taken away because it needs intensive care. Everyone knows that parents of these babies need to be physically and mentally strong to share in providing that care. So we took that parental need and with drive from the staff set up a peer support group

Tolerance and stress response of sclerotiogenic Aspergillus oryzae G15 to copper and lead
Folia Microbiologica, 2017Aspergillus oryzae G15 was cultured on Czapek yeast extract agar medium containing different concentrations of copper and lead to investigate the mechanisms sustaining metal tolerance. The effects of heavy metals on biomass, metal accumulation, metallothionein (MT), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and peroxidase (POD)

G15 Endoscopic Treatment of Vesicoureteric Reflux
2013Numerous implantable materials have been utilized for the endoscopic treatment of vesicoureteric reflux (VUR) including Teflon, silicone and bovine collagen. Since its introduction in 1995, Deflux, a copolymer of dextranomer microspheres and non-animal, stabilised hyaluronic acid, has become the most widely used implant material.

The seven-transmembrane receptor Smoothened (Smo) transduces the signal initiated by Hedgehog (Hh) morphogen binding to the receptor Patched (Ptc). We have reinvestigated the pharmacological properties of reference molecules acting on the Hh pathway using various Hh responses and a novel functional assay based on the coexpression of Smo with the alpha ...
