In this paper, various D flip‐flops (FFs) (DFFs) are studied and analyzed based on the performance and reliability effects of different architectures, technology, area, power, delay, and several other key performance parameters of DFFs. Based on these parameters, a few selected DFFs such as C2SFF, conditional‐bridging FF (CBFF)‐S, self‐shut‐off pulsed ...

What Kind Of Systemic Risks Do We Face In The European Banking Sector? The Approach Of CoVaR Measure
We measure a systemic risk faced by European banking sectors using the CoVaR measure. We propose the conditional value-at-risk for measuring a spillover risk which demonstrates the bilateral relation between the tail risks of two financial institutions ...

Background CD40-CD40L is a key co-stimulatory pathway for B cell activation. As such, its blockade can inhibit pathogenic B cell responses in autoimmune diseases, such as Sjogren’s syndrome (SjS) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

Distances and Evolutionary States of Supernova Remnant G18.9-1.1 and Candidate G28.6+0.0
HI spectra of the supernova remnant G18.9-1.1 and the supernova remnant candidate G28.6+0.0 are analyzed. We compared the spectra to $^{13}$CO emission spectra and to spectra of HII regions in the area to determine kinematic distances. G18.9-1.1 is at 2.1$\pm$0.4 kpc and G28.6+0.0 is at 9.0$\pm$0.3 kpc from the Sun. Using published X-ray spectra of G18.

Finger millet is commonly cultivated in the semiarid tropics, where it is primarily grown by subsistence farmers. However, grain yield remains low due to the complex quantitative nature of the trait and its low heritability. Therefore, genotype × environment interaction (GEI) significantly influences yield production. This study investigates the impact
