Mutations Alter Conformations and Dynamics of APP‐TMDs: An RDC Analysis
ChemistryEurope, Volume 4, Issue 2, February 2026.How γ‐secretase selects its substrates has been an enigma because of the lack of a consensus sequence. Using residual dipolar couplings, we analyzed the conformations of one substrate and two mutants. Using snapshots of a molecular dynamics trajectory, we analyzed how well structures matched the measured RDC values.
