Source Data 5. The dataset derived from the UK Biobank for the G-E interaction analysis. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2023
This data contains of the information on the mqtls of smoking-related methylation and is used to perform the G-E interaction analysis (for CD).

Stability and performance analysis of seed yield and component traits in sunflower using AMMI and GGE biplots

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Plant Breeding
Genotype × Environment interaction is important in breeding high-performing varieties adapted for cultivation across diverse environments. The present study intended to identify the best-performing and stable sunflower hybrids across different seasonal ...

The planar cell polarity protein Vangl2 interacts with the PDZ‐domains of Scribble but not with a unique PDZ‐like domain in Inturned

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Structural and biochemical characterisations show that the planar cell polarity (PCP) protein Inturned harbours a unique PDZ‐like domain that does not bind canonical PDZ‐binding motifs (PBMs) like that of another PCP protein Vangl2. In contrast, the apical‐basal polarity protein Scribble contains four PDZ domains that bind Vangl2, but one PDZ domain ...

VIMENTIN – G-QUADRUPLEX INTERACTION AS A NEW TARGET FOR ANTICANCER THERAPY: LIGANDS SCREENING AND VALIDATION [PDF]

open access: yes, 2022
reservedLe metastasi sono responsabili della maggior parte dei decessi dei pazienti oncologici. Tuttavia, i meccanismi che regolano questo processo sono ancora poco conosciuti.

Identification of guar [Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L.) Taub.] genotypes with wider adaptability to rainfed environments through stability analysis

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Plant Breeding
The stability and yield of guar genotypes are important factors for the long-term development of this gum-producing industrial crop. A study was undertaken to assess the impact of the G × E interaction on yield stability in guar genotypes at seven ...

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Patterns of interactions: user behaviour in response to search results [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
This paper presents patterns of users’ interaction when working with digital libraries. It focuses on strategies developed and applied by users over time to achieve their goals.

AMMI analysis of grain yield in rice genotypes across environments

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Plant Breeding, 2018
The identification of the highest yielding cultivar for a specific environment on the basis of both genotype (G) and genotype x environment (GE) interaction would be useful to breeders and producers since yield estimates based only on G and environment ...

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.
