Design a low-noise 5GHz wideband microwave power amplifier using 90nm CMOS technology with area reduction employing an active inductor

open access: yesMağallaẗ Al-kūfaẗ Al-handasiyyaẗ
Systems that rely on wireless technology frequently use radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs). Modern wireless communication systems rely heavily on low-noise amplifiers, particularly those operating in the 5 GHz frequency spectrum using 90nm ...

Gas vesicles [PDF]

open access: yesMicrobiological Reviews, 1975
The gas vesicle is a hollow structure made of protein. It usually has the form of a cylindrical tube closed by conical end caps. Gas vesicles occur in five phyla of the Bacteria and two groups of the Archaea, but they are mostly restricted to planktonic microorganisms, in which they provide buoyancy.

Present status of amorphous In–Ga–Zn–O thin-film transistors

open access: yesScience and Technology of Advanced Materials, 2010
The present status and recent research results on amorphous oxide semiconductors (AOSs) and their thin-film transistors (TFTs) are reviewed. AOSs represented by amorphous In–Ga–Zn–O (a-IGZO) are expected to be the channel material of TFTs in next ...

Implementation of Genetic Algorithm for Optimal Power Flow with Thyristor-controlled series compensator [PDF]

open access: yesE3S Web of Conferences
Finding the Optimal power flow for a multi-bus power system with a TCSC is crucial for reducing system costs while maximizing performance. To identify the best solution in such systems, a genetic algorithm (GA) should be implemented with multi objective ...

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Dammarenediol II enhances etoposide‐induced apoptosis by targeting O‐GlcNAc transferase and Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling in liver cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Etoposide induces DNA damage, activating p53‐dependent apoptosis via caspase‐3/7, which cleaves PARP1. Dammarenediol II enhances this apoptotic pathway by suppressing O‐GlcNAc transferase activity, further decreasing O‐GlcNAcylation. The reduction in O‐GlcNAc levels boosts p53‐driven apoptosis and influences the Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling pathway ...

Test Frequency Selection Using Particle Swarm Optimization

open access: yesAdvances in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 2013
The paper deals with the problem of test frequency selection for multi-frequency parametric fault diagnosis of analog linear circuits. An appropriate set of test frequencies is determined by minimizing the conditionality of the sensitivity matrix based ...
