Covariant formulation of BPS black holes and the scalar weak gravity conjecture

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2020
In this note we analyze the BPS black hole equations in extended supergravities and we find two interesting relations involving first and second derivatives of combinations of the central charges.

From linear to non-linear SUSY and back again

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2017
We show that couplings of the goldstino field, appearing when global supersymmetry is broken, can always be described in superspace by means of a nilpotent chiral superfield X, satisfying X 2 = 0.

Goldstino condensation at large N

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2023
We analyze the standard fermionic 4D Volkov–Akulov action with N global non-linear supersymmetries. We find that the stationary points of the system are described by an effective potential, written in terms of two composite real scalar fields, which ...

Extracellular Vesicles From Mesenchymal Stromal Cells Drive Muscle and Neuronal Regeneration Through TNFα Modulation

open access: yesJournal of Extracellular Vesicles, Volume 15, Issue 3, March 2026.
Workflow of the work. (1) Human muscle biopsies were collected, and the human muscle precursor cells (hMPC) were isolated, followed by co‐culture with human monocytes (THP‐1). In parallel, human muscles were decellularised to obtain an extracellular matrix (ECM) free of cells. ECM were recellularised by injecting hMPC and THP1 into the matrix.

General supersymmetric $$\hbox {AdS}_5$$ AdS5 black holes with squashed boundary

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2019
We present a new family of asymptotically locally $$\hbox {AdS}_5$$ AdS5 squashed supersymmetric black hole solutions of Fayet–Iliopoulos gauged $${{{\mathcal {N}}}}=2$$ N=2 , $$D=5$$ D=5 supergravity with two vector multiplets that have a natural uplift

Information on Judgment Invariance Influences Contributors' Opting‐In Behavior in Sequential Collaboration

open access: yesJournal of Behavioral Decision Making, Volume 39, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT Sequential collaboration describes an aggregation process intensively researched for numerical judgments which is characterized by a first contributor creating a judgment that is subsequently adjusted or maintained by following contributors.

Public Engagement Proposal for Developing Ethical Governance for Science: The Ethna Experience

open access: yesSystems Research and Behavioral Science, Volume 43, Issue 1, Page 160-171, January/February 2026.
ABSTRACT The concept of Public Engagement (PE) is related to progress toward responsible and open science. This article aims to analyse how to define and integrate PE into the development of ethical governance systems for research and innovation. Multistakeholder consultation on the governance of Responsible Research and Innovation was carried out ...

Semianalytical Approximation of the Fluid Drag in Projectile Motion Using Newton′s Equation of Motion

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
A body moving in a fluid experiences some of the fluid‐induced forces, which may derail the body from its fluid‐free trajectory and consequently transform its maximum height reached, time of flight, and range. These forces include upthrust, drag, and lift. Other than upthrust, an accurate description of drag and lift remains uncertain.
