Immunogenicity of two‐dose sinopharm BBIB‐CorV vaccine in Morocco: One‐year follow‐up and neutralizing activity against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 variants of concern

This study assessed the immune response to the Sinopharm BBIB‐CorV vaccine against SARS‐CoV‐2 over a period of 1 year, using a two‐dose regimen. Conducted at the Military Hospital of Rabat, Morocco, the study found that additional booster vaccinations may be necessary based on the observed immunogenicity against various virus variants.

One of the solutions for density measurement is to make use of gamma-ray transmission technique. We studied by this technique, using by Co-60 and Cs-137. In this study, we propose an approach using the gamma transmission technique based on the combination of the experimental and simulated data for determining the percentage concentration of the acid solution. The experiment consists of a collimated 137Cs radioactive source emitting a narrow gamma beam of 662 keV and a NaI(Tl) detector.

Monte Carlo approach to evaluate the small angle scattering effects in collimated beam by gamma transmission technique

This study introduces a Monte Carlo simulation method to remove small-angle scattering from gamma transmission spectra. Using MCNP-CP v3.2, it employs a collimated 137Cs source emitting a 662 keV gamma narrow beam, targets of varying thickness, and a NaI(Tl) detector.
