Taxonomy of Ganoderma from southern South America: subgenus Ganoderma
Mycological Research, 1999The macro- and micromorphology of 45 specimens and 19 holotypes of the subgenus Ganoderma (= G. lucidum complex) were examined, together with isoenzymic data. The objective was to evaluate relationships by analysing numerically morphological and isoenzymic data to discern the number of species occurring in southern South America, and their delimitation.

Cytotoxic triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum
Phytochemistry, 2010A systematic study of the metabolites in Ganoderma lucidum led to isolation of 43 triterpenoids, six of them (1-6) are hitherto unknown. The structures of the latter were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies and comparison with the known related compounds.

2.5. In vitro enzymatic activity confirmed the function of GLCPR, an NADPH-CYP reductase from G. lucidum In general, a CYP requires an NADPH-CYP reductase for its function. In S. cerevisiae, the NADPH-dependent CYP reductase, NCP1, was characterized as a working partner of endogenous or heterogeneous CYPs (Hirosue et al., 2011; Ide et al., 2012 ...

[Ganoderma triterpenoids from aqueous extract of Ganoderma lucidum].
Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2019A new triterpenoid and 18 analogues were isolated from the water extract of Ganoderma lucidum by column chromatographic techniques, including silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, and HPLC. The new compound was elucidated as 2β-acetoxy-3β,25-dihydroxy-7,11,15-trioxo-lanost-8-en-26-oic acid on the basis of analyses of extensive spectroscopic data and its ...
