Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

Receptor‐Free Identification of Toxic Gases Enabled by Hygroscopic Aqueous Salt Films
Water as a gas sensor coating sounds impossible—until it stops evaporating. Here, hygroscopic salt solutions (LiCl, LiBr, H3PO4) form non‐drying aqueous films on CNT chemiresistors under ambient air. Gases partition into these liquid layers, sometimes transforming into water, and generate salt‐specific resistance fingerprints across a four‐channel ...

Here, we provide the reader with the current state of the art in the fabrication of high‐T2‐coherence diamond, optimized through the use of double electron–electron resonance (DEER) spectroscopy. We reveal the main as well as yet unidentified spin defects, the reduction of which is essential for reducing the spin bath and fabricating materials for ...

Gas Holdup Behavior in Nylon Fiber Suspensions
The gas holdup behavior in a nylon fiber suspension with various fiber lengths (L = 2, 3, and 6 mm) is investigated. Experiments are performed over a range of superficial gas velocities (U g ≤ 18 cm/s) and a range of fiber mass fractions (0 ≤ C ≤ 1.8%) in a 15.24-cm-diameter semibatch bubble column.

Significant nanoscale oxygen diffusion coefficient variations are measured in ferroelectric hafnium zirconium oxide films with grain boundaries and electrode interfaces exhibiting values 104 times larger than the grain cores. Overall coefficients are 10X larger for films prepared with metal nitride electrodes compared to refractory metals. New insights

We report a unique color‐sensing phenomenon of a TiO2/SbSI:Sb2S3 device utilizing X‐ray absorption. Based on the revealed penetration and adsorption of water onto TiO2, we successfully improved the color response speed and sensitivity by incorporating a hydrophilic polymer interlayer, thereby opening up opportunities for photodetection applications ...
