The gas permeability coefficient of the cyanobacterial gas vesicle wall [PDF]
Summary: The gas permeability coefficient of the cyanobacterial gas vesicle wall has been determined by comparing the concentration gradient of oxygen gas in a film of gas vesicles with the gradient in an underlying film of agar supported over an oxygen atmosphere. The gradients were determined with an oxygen microelectrode.

Comparative studies on calothrix isolates from Nepalese rice-fields [PDF]
Algal samples were collected from three rice-fields in Nepal: A) Parwanipur (100 m), B) Khumaltar (1336 m) and C) Kakani (2064 m); the rice- field algal flora from 1982, 1983 and 1986 samples was recorded.
