肝機能検査値の意義について809例の消化器外科手術症例を管腔臓器群と実質臓器群にわけて術後経過との関連の下に検討した.Alb, Bil, PT, ICG-R15を基本とし各施設ごとの肝機能検査項目を加えて臨床経過, 現症などを勘案して手術適期, 手術侵襲の程度を診断することが術後の円滑な経過を得る基本である. 術後黄疸特に重症感染の遷延による非閉塞性高度黄疸を伴う肝不全の発症をさけ, 早期に肝臓のエネルギーレベルを回復させることが重要である結果を得た.肝癌の治療の向上のためには遺伝子工学の研究特に癌の発生, 増殖速度の解明に基づく集学的治療法のより効果的な導入を必要とすると考えられるが現在のところ2生率は63%の成績を得た.
