RBM25 Drives Hepatocellular Carcinoma Progression by Stabilizing YAP Through Regulating Oncogenic Splicing‐switch of MYPT1

Advanced Science, EarlyView.
This study establishes that the RBM25‐PRPF40A interaction modulates MYPT1 splicing, promoting the production of the oncogenic long isoform. This isoform stabilizes YAP by suppressing its phosphorylation and subsequent proteasomal degradation, ultimately accelerating tumor growth.

MicroRNA‐941 Acts as a Novel Prognostic Predictor and Oncogenic Driver in Colorectal Cancer

Upregulation of miR‐941 was a promising diagnostic and prognostic biomarker for CRC patients. Inhibition of miR‐941 significantly suppressed CRC cellular events and triggered ferroptosis. The oncogenic functions of miR‐941 were mediated through targeting TRPS1.

Return‐To‐Work and Working Status After Surgery for Gastric and Esophageal Cancer: A Prospective Observational Study

Carcinoembryonic Antigen Messenger RNA in Pelvic Lavage Fluid Predicts Local Recurrence After Curative‐Intent Resection of Rectal Cancer
