The Endothelial CXCR Family in Vascular Health and Disease
ABSTRACT Endothelial cells (ECs) form the dynamic interface between blood and tissue, serving as key regulators of vascular homeostasis, inflammation, and repair. Among the molecular systems governing endothelial behavior, the C‐X‐C motif chemokine receptor (CXCR) family—originally characterized in immunology for its roles in leukocyte trafficking and ...

Napabucasin reduces liver metastases by reprogramming the hepatic microenvironment. It induces hepatocyte secretion of CCL21 via c‐Fos activation, recruiting lymphocytes and converting “cold” metastases into immunologically “hot” tumors. This effect is liver‐specific and independent of cancer cells.

ABSTRACT A jejunal gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is a rare malignant mesenchymal neoplasm of the gastrointestinal tract that arises from the interstitial cells of Cajal. Massive and recurrent bleeding due to jejunal GIST is a diagnostic challenge which may lead to delays in treatment.

Review the clinical application of PET multimodal imaging and compare its clinical advantages. ABSTRACT Positron emission tomography (PET)–based multimodal imaging, including PET/computed tomography (PET/CT) and PET/magnetic resonance (PET/MR), plays an increasingly important role in precision radiotherapy by integrating metabolic and anatomical ...

Uptake of 18F-AlF-NOTA-octreotide PET/CT in gastrointestinal stromal tumors
Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are rare stromal neoplasms that predominantly arise in the gastrointestinal tract. 18F-AlF-NOTA-octreotide (18F-OC) is a novel molecularly targeted probe that specifically binds to tumors expressing somatostatin ...
