Chip‐Scale Graphene/IGZO Cold Source FET Array Enabling Sub‐60 mV dec−1 Super‐Steep Subthreshold Swing

Super‐steep subthreshold swing (SS) below 60 mV dec−1 is demonstrated in graphene/IGZO cold source transistor arrays. Linear density of states with Dirac cone in graphene suppressed the Boltzmann thermal tail, while high‐k HfO2 dielectric having small body factor enhanced gating efficiency, hereby further reducing SS. Autonomous Implants

An ideal implant should mimic native tissues such that it can integrate, sense, heal, and continue to function, i.e., be autonomous. Although early, there are good steps taken in this way, e.g., the development of stimuli‐responsive, self‐powering, self‐actuating, self‐healing, self‐regenerating, and self‐aware implants.

Choline Ionic Liquid for Long‐Term Stable Organic Electrochemical Transistors

Choline‐based ionic liquid integrated organic electrochemical transistors (Chol‐OECTs) for improvement of performance and prolonged lifetime is demonstrated. Introduction of the ionic liquid into PEDOT:PSS and gelatin creates choline acetate ionic liquid‐infused PEDOT:PSS (CLiPS) and choline acetate‐gelatin (CAGel) electrolyte.
