Növényvédőszerekre történő vizsgálati módszer kidolgozása GC/MS technikával

open access: yes, 2021

Time‐restricted feeding prior to Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection reduces tissue CD4+ T cells with limited impact on bacterial clearance

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) in mice increased liver fatty acid oxidation and decreased fatty acid biosynthesis. These alterations persisted when TRF was discontinued and the host was infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pre‐exposure to TRF did not alter tissue (lung and spleen) mycobacterial burden but significantly reduced CD3+ T cells in lungs

Discrimination of volatiles in herbal formula Baizhu Shaoyao San before and after processing using needle trap device with multivariate data analysis [PDF]

open access: yesRoyal Society Open Science, 2018
To characterize the chemical differences of volatile components between crude and processed Baizhu Shaoyao San (BSS), a classical Chinese herbal formula that is widely applied in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, we developed a gas ...

GC-MS data

open access: yes, 2018
The GC–MS, and GC-FID runs were carried out on a two parallel GC-QP2010 and GC2010 instruments (Shimadzu, Kyoto, Japan). The GC column used was a 30 m × 0.25 mm i.d. × 0.25 μm df Supelcowax-10 column (MilliporeSigma). Helium was exploited as carrier gas,

Cyclic azapeptide CD36 ligand attenuates cardiac injury and reduces long‐chain fatty acid accumulation after myocardial ischemia–reperfusion in mice

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.

In-Depth Investigation of the Chemical Profile of Pelargonium odoratissimum (L.) L’Hér. Hydrolate by SPME-GC/MS, GC/MS, LVI-GC/MS and PTR-Tof-MS Techniques

open access: yesChemosensors
Hydrolates are aromatic aqueous solutions saturated with volatile water-soluble compounds of essential oil. Despite their potential, hydrolates remain less explored than essential oils. In this work, the hydrolate of Pelargonium odoratissimum (L.) L’Hér.

Multidimensional Profiling of MRI‐Negative Temporal Lobe Epilepsy Uncovers Distinct Phenotypes

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Although hippocampal sclerosis (TLE‐HS) represents the most frequent cause of temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE), up to 30% of patients show no lesion on visual MRI inspection (TLE‐MRIneg). These cases pose diagnostic and therapeutic challenges and are underrepresented in surgical series.

Differential analysis of aroma fingerprints of roasted pork from different breeds: A complementary approach using GC-IMS, GC-O-MS, and GC×GC-MS

open access: yesFood Chemistry: X
In China, limited knowledge of suitable pig breeds for roasting has hindered pork industrialization. The aroma profiles of roasted pork from different breeds were analyzed using sensory evaluation and multidimensional mass spectrometry.
