GDOP-Assisted Location Estimation Algorithms in Wireless Location Systems [PDF]
In recent years, wireless location estimation has attracted a significant amount of attention in different areas. The network-based location estimation schemes have been widely adopted based on the radio signals between the mobile station (MS) and the base stations (BSs).

Indoor localization is a significant research area in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). Generally, the nodes of WSNs are deployed in the same plane, i.e., the floor, as the target to be positioned, which causes the sensing signal to be influenced or even ...

TranQuiL: Long Range Detection and Localization of Interference in Radio Quiet Zones
Abstract Radio Quiet Zones (RQZs) have been established to prevent radio sources from causing harmful interference to sensitive radio telescopes, which study extremely faint cosmic radio waves. Even with strict regulations, such interference is growing due to the widespread use of consumer electronics, emitting in many different frequency bands ...

TransLAP: Non‐Isometric Shape Matching Using Transformer Based Linear Assignment Problem
We propose a transformer‐based framework for establishing correspondences between 3D shapes under challenging conditions, such as mixed poses and non‐isometric deformations. Our method combines attention mechanisms with a linear assignment problem solver (TransLAP) and a mapping modifier, achieving significant improvements in accuracy over state‐of‐the‐

Range‐Free Localisation for Monostatic Passive Radar Employing Multi‐Narrowband Illuminators
Range‐free localisation is considered for monostatic passive radar with multiple narrowband illuminators under unreliable time‐delay (range) measurements. Doppler/DOA (and optional Doppler‐rate) are fused in an ML framework, where velocity is iteratively updated to reduce the original 6‐D optimisation to a 3‐D position search.
