The pH‐sensitive His6‐SWNTs, which is functionalized with oligohistidine, can deliver STTM396 molecules into callus cells. The STTM396–SWNT complex treatments enhance shoot regeneration efficiency by regulating the miR396‐GRF module in Arabidopsis and tomato calli.

Comparative Skeletal Muscle Proteomics Using Two-Dimensional Gel Electrophoresis
The pioneering work by Patrick H. O’Farrell established two-dimensional gel electrophoresis as one of the most important high-resolution protein separation techniques of modern biochemistry (Journal of Biological Chemistry 1975, 250, 4007–4021).

Changes in zebrafish (Danio rerio) lens crystallin content during development. [PDF]
PurposeThe roles that crystallin proteins play during lens development are not well understood. Similarities in the adult crystallin composition of mammalian and zebrafish lenses have made the latter a valuable model for examining lens function.

A sequence‐encoded supramolecular construct containing two accessible toeholds is developed herein for enabling multiple editing operations. By introducing specific input strands, it is possible to selectively erase or rewrite digital content through parallel or series toehold‐mediated strand displacement (PTMSD or STMSD).

Characterization of the Lipopolysaccharide from a \u3cem\u3eRhizobium phaseoli\u3c/em\u3e Mutant that is Defective in Infection Thread Development [PDF]
The lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from a Rhizobium phaseoli mutant, CE109, was isolated and compared with that of its wild-type parent, CE3. A previous report has shown that the mutant is defective in infection thread development, and sodium dodecyl sulfate ...

Non‐covalent protein–protein interactions mediated by SH3, PDZ, or GBD domains enable the self‐assembly of stable and biocatalytically active hydrogel materials. These soft materials can be processed into monodisperse foams that, once dried, exhibit enhanced mechanical stability and activity and are easily integrated into microstructured flow ...

A bimetallic Mn–Ca nanoreactor (MCC) is developed as a non‐nucleotide STING nanoagonist for cancer metalloimmunotherapy. MCC induces Ca2+ overload and hydroxyl radical generation, resulting in mitochondrial damage and mtDNA release. The released mtDNA cooperates with Mn2+ to robustly activate cGAS–STING signaling.

Genomic organization of the mouse T-cell receptor β-chain gene family [PDF]
We have combined three different methods, deletion mapping of T-cell lines, field-inversion gel electrophoresis, and the restriction mapping of a cosmid clone, to construct a physical map of the murine T-cell receptor β-chain gene family.
