CircPVT1 Promotes Lung Metastasis and Tumor Progression in Renal Cell Carcinoma by Encoding the cP104aa Peptide and Targeting EIF4A3

This study reveals that circPVT1 promotes the renal cell carcinoma lung metastasis and tumor progression through encoding the cP104aa peptide and directly binds with EIF4A3, which jointly regulates the target gene c‐MYC. Cancer Immunotherapy via Disruption of Integrin αvβ3 and CD47 Costabilization on Cancer Cell Surface

This study identifies a cancer‐specific interaction between CD47 and integrin αvβ3 that facilitates immune evasion. A rationally designed peptide, PSFL‐NK13, disrupts this axis, enhancing macrophage‐mediated phagocytosis and suppressing tumor growth without inducing anemia.

Endothelial BMP6 Drives Hemodynamic‐Dependent VSMCs Calcification in Carotid Atherosclerosis

The study demonstrates that endothelial cell (EC)‐derived BMP6 promotes the osteogenic differentiation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) through cell‐cell interactions.
