Leaftronics: Bio‐Fractal Scaffolds From Leaf Venation for Low‐Waste Electronics
“Leaftronics” transforms naturally evolved leaf venation into quasi‐fractal scaffolds for sustainable electronics. Polymer‐infiltrated leaf skeletons can be used to fabricate ultra‐smooth, reflow‐ and thin‐film‐compatible decomposable substrates, while making the same lignocellulose networks conducting results in flexible transparent electrodes.

Study of Human Amniotic Membrane Mesenchymal Stem Cells Using Gelatin and Alginate as Nontoxic Scaffolds [PDF]
Perinatal mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), for example, from amniotic membrane, have advantages over adult sources, such as bone marrow, in terms of ease of availability, cell naivety, tissue stem cell abundance, high capacity of proliferation, and less ...

Magnetic particles are organized into layered architectures by combining shear flow and magnetic fields, with the resulting structures governed by appropriate Mason numbers. The programmed assemblies provide spatial guidance for cell placement, linking field‐controlled self‐assembly, flow‐induced structuring and biological organization.

Evolution‐Driven Bio‐Composite Aerogels for Self‐Adaptive Thermal Regulation and Energy Storage
Inspired by nature's multiphase integration, a single chitosan (CTS)–metal chloride (MCl3) coordination precursor is engineered to enable sequential material and functional evolution. The resulting metal ion‐coordinated chitosan (CTS–M) aerogels exhibit humidity‐adaptive thermal insulation for battery safety, while carbonization yields conductive ...
