On the decay of generalized Swihart waves
Physics of the Solid State, 1999For Josephson junctions in sandwich geometry and in thin-film geometry we formulate the equations of nonlocal electrodynamics which take account of the influence of normal electrons in superconductors. On the basis of these equations we examine the spectrum and decay of generalized Swihart waves.

Fourth generation and nucleon decay in supersymmetric theories
Physical Review D, 1987Analysis of nucleon decay in N=1 supergravity unified models including the effect of a fourth generation of matter is given. Experimental constraints from nucleon-lifetime limits on the Kobayashi-Maskawa (KM) matrix that enters nucleon decay are obtained.

Charmless decays of bottom mesons and a fourth generation
Physical Review Letters, 1987B decays to charmless inclusive final states are discussed. The generic process is the loop-induced b..-->..sg/sup */, g/sup */ being an on-shell or off-shell gluon. We include the cases when the gluon momentum is lightlike, timelike, and spacelike. The timelike case includes g/sup */..-->..qq-bar and gg splitup. Our findings are as follows: (1) B(b..--

Flavor-changing decays of fourth-generation quarkonium
Physical Review D, 1989We evaluate the flavor-changing neutral-current decays {ital S}({ital v{bar v}}){r arrow}{ital c{bar t}},{ital t{bar c}},{ital a{bar t}},{ital t{bar a}} of the {ital S}-wave quarkonium states formed from the {ital Q}={minus}1/3 charge {ital v} quark of a fourth-generation quark doublet ({ital a},{ital v}).

TOOTH DECAY IN RELATION TO DIET AND GENERAL HEALTH
Journal of the American Medical Association, 1948Hawaii with its groups of people of many different racial backgrounds and varied food habits, its unusually mild, even climate and the abnormally high percentage of tooth decay in some groups and the freedom from decay in others presents an opportunity for dental observation that is rather unusual.
