Schrödinger-type identity to the existence and uniqueness of a solution to the stationary Schrödinger equation

open access: yesBoundary Value Problems, 2019
In this article we study applications of the Schrödinger-type identity for obtaining transmutations via the fixed point index for nonlinear integral equations. It is possible to derive a wide range of transmutation operators by this method.

General integral transform – its convergence and consequences

open access: yesBoletim da Sociedade Paranaense de Matemática, 2022
Objective of this study is to give a shape of general integral transform for studying its convergence in the general set-up, from which convergences of some well know integral transforms follow easily as well as these integral transforms appear as particular cases of the present integral transform; some more may appear as new but special cases of ...

Single‐cell DNA methylation profiling: Technologies, computation, and applications in precision oncology

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell DNA methylation (scDNAme) profiling maps epimutational clonal evolution, revealing mechanisms of malignancy and therapeutic resistance across diverse cancer types. By providing a high‐resolution landscape of intratumoral heterogeneity, these technologies empower precise patient stratification, guide the development of enhanced ...

Homogeneous cones and abelian theorems

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1998
This paper deals with analysis on homogeneous cones in ℝn. This subject has its origins in one-dimensional topics that are connected, often implicitely, with some group properties.

Targeting transcription factors associated with hemoglobinopathies: Lessons from successful interventions and implications for cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review summarizes the transcription factors, repressive chromatin‐modifying complexes, and epigenetic mechanisms that control fetal hemoglobin repression. Notably, many regulators of γ‐globin silencing also function in transcriptional and epigenetic networks that drive cancer, highlighting opportunities to translate advances in hemoglobinopathy ...

Intrapatient tumour heterogeneity and clonal evolution in an autopsy study of metastatic salivary gland cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumour heterogeneity and clonal evolution of metastatic salivary gland cancer were evaluated in two patients with adenoid carcinoma and one patient with myoepithelial carcinoma. Radiology‐guided autopsy enabled multi‐region sampling (total samples n = 149), followed by whole‐genome sequencing and phylogenetic reconstruction (17 tumour samples, 4–7 per ...

Introduction of New General Laplace-Type Integral Transform: The Iyeme-Okpo Transform

open access: yesJournal of Applied Sciences and Environmental Management
In this paper, a new general Laplace-type integral transform called Iyeme-Okpo transform that generalizes all the existing Laplace-type integral transforms has been introduced. Thus, existing integral transforms such as Laplace, Sumudu, Natural, Jafari,

A light‐triggered Time‐Resolved X‐ray Solution Scattering (TR‐XSS) workflow with application to protein conformational dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Generalized Fractional Integral Operators Involving Mittag-Leffler Function

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2018
The aim of this paper is to study various properties of Mittag-Leffler (M-L) function. Here we establish two theorems which give the image of this M-L function under the generalized fractional integral operators involving Fox’s H-function as kernel ...

Flow over an infinite plate of a viscous fluid with non-integer order derivative without singular kernel

open access: yesAlexandria Engineering Journal, 2016
Exact general solutions for the dynamics of an incompressible viscous fluid with non-integer order derivative without singular kernel are established using the integral transforms.
