Evaluation of Certain Definite Integrals Involving Generalized Hypergeometric Functions

open access: yesAxioms
In 2012, Chu investigated the generalization of classical Watson–Whipple–Dixon summation theorems in the form of analytical formulas. By employing four generalized Watson summation formulas, the objective of this paper is to evaluate a new class of ...

SenSeqNet: A Deep Learning Framework for Cellular Senescence Detection From Protein Sequences

open access: yesAging Cell, Volume 25, Issue 1, January 2026.
We present SenSeqNet, a deep learning framework that predicts cellular senescence directly from protein sequences. SenSeqNet integrates embeddings from the Evolutionary Scale Modeling(ESM‐2) with a hybrid LSTM–CNN architecture to capture both sequential and higher‐order structural features.

Integral representations of generalized Lauricella hypergeometric functions

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1992
The generalized hypergeometric function was introduced by Srivastava and Daoust. In the present paper a new integral representation is derived. Similarly new integral representations of Lauricella and Appell function are obtained.

Single‐Nuclei Resolution of Intermuscular Adipose Tissue Indicates an Inflammation‐Associated Cellular Profile in Individuals With Knee Osteoarthritis: Findings From the SOMMA KOA Ancillary Study

open access: yesAging Cell, Volume 25, Issue 1, January 2026.
Interrogation of the cellular and transcriptional profile of IMAT in individuals with KOA reveals a pro‐inflammatory phenotype. ABSTRACT Individuals with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) have skeletal muscle changes around the knee joint including reduced quadricep muscle mass and increased intermuscular adipose tissue (IMAT).

Motor performance and higher associative cortical networks in adolescents with neonatal hypoxic‐ischaemic encephalopathy treated with therapeutic hypothermia

open access: yesDevelopmental Medicine &Child Neurology, Volume 68, Issue 1, Page 99-109, January 2026.
Several functional connections between ROIs in the somatomotor (purple) and the default mode network (gray) were significantly associated with the MABC‐2 “aiming and catching” sub‐domain in the HIE cohort in comparison to controls. The colors of the connections represents the correlation coefficient with either negative (light blue to magenta) or ...

A generating function for generalized hypergeometric polynomial

open access: yesRevista Técnica de la Facultad de Ingeniería, 2011
The object of the present paper is to establish a general expansion formula, which provides us a generating function for the generalized hypergeometric polynomials .

Inequalities for generalized hypergeometric functions

open access: yesJournal of Approximation Theory, 1972
AbstractIt is shown that some well-known Padé approximations for a particular form of the Gaussian hypergeometric function and two of its confluent forms give upper and lower bounds for these functions under suitable restrictions on the parameters and variable.

Partial Observability of Implied Volatility Matrices: Identification and Covolatilities Filtering

open access: yesMathematical Finance, Volume 36, Issue 1, Page 48-66, January 2026.
ABSTRACT Whereas data on implied volatilities are available for a large number of assets, this is less frequently the case of implied covolatilities. We introduce a new approach based on static and dynamic Wishart models to solve this problem of missing data.
