Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

On θ-generalized closed sets [PDF]
The aim of this paper is to study the class of θ-generalized closed sets, which is properly placed between the classes of generalized closed and θ-closed sets.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

(R1965) Some More Properties on Generalized Double Fuzzy Z Alpha Open Sets
In this paper, a new class of sets termed as double fuzzy generalized Z alpha closed sets and double fuzzy generalized Z alpha open sets are introduced with the help of double fuzzy Z alpha open and double fuzzy Z alpha closed sets, respectively.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

The human gut microbiome across the life course
Despite significant individual variation and continuous change throughout life, the human gut microbiome follows some life stage‐specific trends. This article provides a brief overview of how gut microbiome composition shifts across different phases of life. Created in BioRender. Özkurt, E. (2026) https://BioRender.com/8q4nrnc.

Minimal open sets on generalized topological space [PDF]
We introduce the notion of minimal open sets in a generalized topological space (X μ). We investigate some of their fundamental properties and proved that any subset of a minimal open set on a GTS (X μ) is a μ-preopen setCarpintero, Carlos R-bf242d48 ...
