Engineering peptides into antibodies—opportunities and strategies for therapeutic innovation
Peptides and antibodies occupy complementary therapeutic niches. Peptides recognize difficult targets in a compact format, while antibodies add specificity, long half‐life, and effector functions. This review examines strategies that merge both modalities—peptide grafting into loops, terminal and Fc fusions, and bioconjugation—highlighting how ...

INTUITIONISTIC FUZZY STRONGLY α-GENERALIZED SEMI CLOSED SETS
In this paper, intuitionistic fuzzy strongly α-generalized semi closed sets and in- tuitionistic fuzzy strongly α-generalized open sets are introduced.

A new class of generalized fuzzy open sets in fuzzy topological space, called fuzzy sp-open sets, are introduced, and their properties are studied and the relationship between this new concept and other weaker forms of fuzzy open sets we discussed ...

Obesity raises blood levels of PAI‐1, a protein linked to metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease in people with obesity. In female mice fed a high‐fat diet, partially lowering PAI‐1 led to smaller subcutaneous fat cells and lower liver cholesterol, without changing body weight or insulin sensitivity.

Generalized open sets and selection properties
We define and study new weak versions of the classical Menger covering property. For this we use ?-open and ?-open covers of a topological space. Relations of these properties with known weak versions of the Menger property are examined. In this way we complement the study of weak covering properties defined by selection principles.

Ligand‐dependent transcriptional heterogeneity in cell cycle gene expression delays G1/S entry
EGF and HRG induce distinct G1/S progression programs in ErbB2‐amplified BT474 breast cancer cells. Despite activating the potent ErbB2–ErbB3 heterodimer, HRG does not accelerate cell‐cycle entry. Instead, EGF promotes earlier restriction‐point passage via ERK–FOS signaling, whereas HRG activates the AKT–MYC axis, driving transcriptional heterogeneity ...

SOFT π-OPEN SETS IN SOFT GENERALIZED TOPOLOGICAL SPACES
The main purpose of this paper is to study some interesting properties of the soft mapping π : S(U)E → S(U)E which satisfy the condition πFB ⊂ πFD whenever FB ⊂ FD ⊂ ̃.

Generalized and Customizable Sets in R [PDF]
We present data structures and algorithms for sets and some generalizations thereof (fuzzy sets, multisets, and fuzzy multisets) available for R through the sets package. Fuzzy (multi-)sets are based on dynamically bound fuzzy logic families.

Emerging experimental and computational methods for studying redox‐regulated structural transitions
Redox reactions can reshape proteins and alter how they behave in cells, with important consequences for health and disease. This review explores emerging experimental and computational approaches for discovering these redox‐sensitive protein switches, revealing their structural effects, and predicting their behavior, opening new opportunities to ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...
