We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

We introduce and study a new system of generalized H·,·-η-cocoercive operator inclusions in Banach spaces. Using the resolvent operator technique associated with H·,·-η-cocoercive operators, we suggest and analyze a new generalized algorithm of nonlinear

This chapter describes the construction of a resolvent operator using the Laplace transform of a parametrix for the heat kernel and a perturbative argument. In the equation (μ-L) R(μ) f = f, R(μ) is a right inverse for (μ-L).

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

The approximate solvability of a generalized system for relaxed co- coercive mixed variational inequality is studied by using the resolvent operator technique. The results presented in this paper extend and improve the main results of Chang et al.[1], He

Generalized Sobolev's phi function for the resolvent of a Milne-type integral equation with a degenerate kernel [PDF]
It is well known in the field of radiative transfer that Sobolev was the first to introduce the resolvent into Milne's integral equation with a displacement kernel.

Resolvent-based predictions for turbulent flow over anisotropic permeable substrates [PDF]
© The Author(s), 2021. Recent simulations indicate that streamwise-preferential porous materials have the potential to reduce drag in wall-bounded turbulent flows (Gómez-de-Segura & García-Mayoral, J. Fluid Mech., vol. 875, 2019, pp. 124-172). This paper

The human gut microbiome across the life course
Despite significant individual variation and continuous change throughout life, the human gut microbiome follows some life stage‐specific trends. This article provides a brief overview of how gut microbiome composition shifts across different phases of life. Created in BioRender. Özkurt, E. (2026) https://BioRender.com/8q4nrnc.
