Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Stable Perturbed Iterative Algorithms for Solving New General Systems of Nonlinear Generalized Variational Inclusion in Banach Spaces

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2014
We introduce and study a new general system of nonlinear variational inclusions involving generalized m-accretive mappings in Banach space. By using the resolvent operator technique associated with generalized m-accretive mappings due to Huang and Fang ...

Classical group matrix models and universal criticality

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
We study generalizations of the Gross-Witten-Wadia unitary matrix model for the special orthogonal and symplectic groups. We show using a standard Coulomb gas treatment — employing a path integral formalism for the ungapped phase and resolvent techniques

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Generalized overlap resolvable grammars and their parsers

open access: yesJournal of Computer and System Sciences, 1972
The class of GOR grammars admits ε-rules and includes a grammar for every deterministic language. Its simple decision procedure yields pairs of problematic phrases, if the grammar is not GOR, or tables used to drive a deterministic pushdown parser very rapidly.

A quasi-periodic boundary value problem for the Laplacian and the continuation of its resolvent [PDF]

open access: yes, 1979
SynopsisA quasi-periodic boundary value problem for the Helmholtz equation in an unbounded domain is considered. This problem arises from scattering of plane waves by periodic structures.Existence and uniqueness theorems are proved, and the continuation ...

Adaptor protein CIN85 potentiates the motility of osteosarcoma cells via the Akt/mTOR and MMP2‐COL3A1 axis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Completely generalized multivalued nonlinear quasi-variational inclusions

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2002
We introduce and study a new class of completely generalized multivalued nonlinear quasi-variational inclusions. Using the resolvent operator technique for maximal monotone mappings, we suggest two kinds of iterative algorithms for solving the completely
