Patient‐Derived 3D Heart‐On‐a‐Chip Model of Dilated Cardiomyopathy With Embedded Bead‐Based Mapping of Tissue Contractility

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A heart‐on‐a‐chip model of dilated cardiomyopathy is developed from patient‐derived induced pluripotent stem cells. The model recapitulates key disease phenotypes and enables functional assessment through integrated bead‐based tracking and pillar deflection measurements.

A Geometrically Transient Platform for Bioelectronic Implants

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Minimally invasive bioelectronic implants often compromise performance for smaller sizes. To resolve this optimization dilemma, a wireless bioelectronic implant with a transient geometry is introduced (MiFi). The origami‐inspired device miniaturizes up to sixfold for syringe insertion and autonomously unfolds post‐implantation.

Security Knowledge Distillation for Enhancing LLM Safety in Code Generation

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Electrical Engineering and Technology
We propose a distillation framework that transfers secure coding expertise into a compact model trained using expert demonstrations, static-analysis labels, and secure patterns. The distilled model (7B parameters) achieves 83% security compliance, nearly matching GPT-4’s 89% performance while requiring significantly less compute.

An Analysis of the Spatial Distribution of Security Feeling in Yazd Province using VIKOR Model [PDF]

open access: yesپژوهش‌های راهبردی مسائل اجتماعی ایران, 2019
Introduction Security is an unavoidable need, and a security-deprived society will have a population lacking in mental peace. The security of a society is as important as the sense of security and psychological security in that community. So, planning is
