On variational formulations of inner boundary value problems for infinite systems of elliptic equations of special kind [PDF]
We consider boundary value problems for infinite triangular systems of elliptic equations with variable coefficients in 3d Lipschitz domains. Variational formulations of Dirichlet, Neumann and Robin problems are received and their well posedness in ...

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

New singular solutions for the (3+1)-D Protter problem
For the nonhomogeneous wave equation with three space and one time variables we study a boundary value problem that can be regarded as a four-dimensional analogue of the Darboux problem in R2.

In this study, we developed a deep learning method for mitotic figure counting in H&E‐stained whole‐slide images and evaluated its prognostic impact in 13 external validation cohorts from seven different cancer types. Patients with more mitotic figures per mm2 had significantly worse patient outcome in all the studied cancer types except colorectal ...

Rapid screening of staphylokinase protein variants using an unpurified cell‐free expression system
An unpurified cell‐free protein synthesis (CFPS) platform enables rapid functional screening of staphylokinase variants. Direct plasminogen‐activation assays performed in microplate format provide real‐time activity readouts, allowing rapid identification and ranking of variants with improved or reduced fibrinolytic activity without protein ...

Nonlocal approach to problems on longitudinal vibration in a short bar
In this article, we consider a problem with dynamic nonlocal conditions for a forth-order PDE with dominating mixed derivative. This problem is closely related to vibration problems, in particular, to longitudinal vibration in a short bar.

Asymptotic behavior of solutions of nonlinear functional differential equations
Using the properties of almost nonexpansive curves introduced by B. Djafari Rouhani, we study the asymptotic behavior of solutions of nonlinear functional differential equation du(t)/dt+Au(t)+G(u)(t)?f(t), where A is a maximal monotone operator in a ...

A generalized class one static solution
In literature, there are three simplest methods of solving Einstein's field equations, namely, (a) assuming conformally flat spacetime, (b) using conformal killing vector and (c) using Karmarkar conditions.

This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.
