Microfabrication of Soft Millirobots Propelled by Low Voltage Electrohydraulic Actuators
Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.Manual layer‐by‐layer assembly is replaced by wafer‐level MEMS batch fabrication for compliant polymer‐based electrohydraulic actuators. The microfabricated devices integrate sacrificially defined microcavities, Parylene‐C‐sealed inlets, and multilayer polymer–metal films.

Photodoping in Wide‐Bandgap Perovskite Solar Cells With MXenes
Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.Ultrafast tandem spectroscopy and DFT modeling reveal the separate dynamics and the imbalance of electrons and holes in wide bandgap perovskite solar cells with MXene incorporation. The enhanced photoconversion performances of the devices are traced to photodoping, with selective hole trapping and suppressed recombination of electrons.

Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.A 3D‐printed Terahertz (THz) anisotropic dielectric with programmable permittivity by varying infill density and creating high‐aspect‐ratio channels is presented. The proposed design was evaluated both experimentally, through THz time‐domain spectroscopy, and theoretically, through FDTD simulations and Effective Medium Theory analysis.
