The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

High-Speed Generation of Microbubbles with Constant Cumulative Production in a Glass Capillary Microfluidic Bubble Generator

open access: yesMicromachines
This work reports a simple bubble generator for the high-speed generation of microbubbles with constant cumulative production. To achieve this, a gas–liquid co-flowing microfluidic device with a tiny capillary orifice as small as 5 μm is fabricated to ...

Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

PARTICULARITIES OF ELECTRIC GENERATOR FUNCTIONING AT SUPPLYING OF GREENSHOUSE

open access: yesProblems of the Regional Energetics, 2008
The particular case of consumer supplies with electrical and thermal energy from electric generator located near them is considered. It is shown, that at generator working in maximum power mode and using special design it is possible to receive much more
